Not to mention most Xe guards are former military who work as mercs because it pays way better than being an actual soldier. We taxpayers pay for their training & then Xe makes money on contracts billing us for the labor of the guys we paid to train. We could just match what XE offers & cut out the middle man saving us a ton of money ( that could be used to for all the benefits you talked about for the troops).
